All our staff is personally interviewed on application by our qualified nurse manager, all complying with employment regulations, care standard guidelines including up to date mandatory trainings, qualifications, immunisations, registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Our staff are required to complete a very detailed application form followed by short listing, interview, employer reference, CRB check, NMC Pin number check, POVA checks to be followed by induction.

The staff we recruit at Oracle Medical Care are in accordance to the agenda of pay starting from Clinical Support worker job band 2, in nursing management experience up to band 7
