  • How do I register with Oracle Medical Care?

    You can give us a call on 01753 524242 and book an appointment to come in to our office and complete registration.

  • Which documents do I need to bring with me to register with Oracle Medical Care?

    You need to bring with yourself Certificates of Training/Qualification/Experience which can be Moving and Handling, POVA, Health & Safety, Infection Control, Food & Hygiene, Fire Awareness, etc.

    Also bring your Eligibility Documentation which is your Passport, NMC Card (if you are a Nurse), National Insurance Card, UK Driver’s License, Proof of Address (utility bill and bank statement), Addressed Payslip, P45/60

  • Do I need to have a CRB check carried out even if I have a recent CRB check through my existing employer?

    Yes it is a mandatory requirement that CRB is carried out through Oracle Medical Care. It is a legal requirement that all candidates who work in positions undergo an enhanced disclosure for the agency they work for.

  • How long does it take before I can be allocated a shift?

    Once we have processed your application and get the clearance through enhanced CRB we will call you in for induction and there after we are ready to supply you as an Oracle Medical Care staff.

  • How often do I get paid?

    You will paid every fortnight on a Friday.

  • How frequently do I need to update my trainings?

    Trainings need to be updated on an annual basis and updated training certificates needs to be provided to Oracle Medical Care.
